I have been working as an IT consultant in the energy industry since 2010. During this time, I have been involved in a large number of IT projects throughout Germany in both organizational and operational roles.

With my experience as a project manager specializing in the implementation of energy market processes, I am at your side to actively shape the transformation of your company in the energy market and turn your opportunities into successes.

Migration and Transformation

As part of migration and transformation projects, I provide support in analyzing existing systems and processes in order to identify requirements and transfer data from the legacy systems to the new systems.

Strategy Consulting

I accompany and support the decision-making process for finding the ideal transformation strategy and in the joint development of project planning for the system transition, e.g. from SAP IS-U to S/4HU.
